1. Are you an official Lay-Z-Spa stockist?

Yes — RW Home & Garden is an approved Lay-Z-Spa stockist. All our spas are 100% genuine and come with the official Lay-Z-Spa manufacturer’s guarantee.

 


2. What delivery options do you offer?

  • Local Delivery (within 50 miles of the New Forest, Southampton): We offer a 2-person delivery service, bringing the spa to your home and helping place it where you need it. Please note: the box is very large and will not fit through a standard front door, so it will need to be opened outside and carried in piece by piece.

  • Nationwide Delivery: For other UK addresses, spas are delivered securely via pallet service to kerbside.

 


 

3. Do I get a warranty with my spa?

Yes — every Lay-Z-Spa we sell includes the full manufacturer’s warranty direct from Lay-Z-Spa, giving you peace of mind if anything goes wrong.

 


 

4. Do you include accessories with the spa?

Yes — every spa comes with a free starter kit worth £29.99, which includes chlorine, filters, and essential water care products to get you set up straight away.

 


 

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options.

 


 

6. Can I return my order?

We accept returns if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened or used.

 


 

7. What aftercare do you provide?

As a small family business, we pride ourselves on offering personal aftercare and advice. Whether it’s spa maintenance, chemical care, or product support, we’re here to help even after your order arrives.

 


 

8. Do you only sell hot tubs?

No — alongside Lay-Z-Spa, we also stock Denby stoneware, Rex London homeware, and seasonal home & garden collections.
